Holidaymaker App General Support Services

We offer the following types of support for Holidaymaker App:

We encourage our customers to review the Knowledge Base in the first instance to see if there is an answer to their issue.

When customers contact Holidaymaker App Support, they might be required to provide information (for example, the version of Holidaymaker they are using, their company name, email address, and telephone number) that identifies them as a licensed Holidaymaker App software customer. Failure to provide this information might preclude Holidaymaker App Support from acting on the support request.

Support Cost

For most Holidaymaker App products, there is no additional charge for technical support. However, if a customer needs assistance in any of the following, then a fee may apply (charges will be agreed in advance of any work being carried out).

  • writing code and debugging 3rd party integrations and API connections
  • writing custom code
  • providing comprehensive installation and maintenance guidance

Support Hours

Support is provided in English from our Holidaymaker App headquarters in Dorset, UK.

  • Support hours for requests areĀ Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. BST

Holidaymaker App Updates

From time to time, we carry out scheduled maintenance and updates. You will be notified of any major updates to your Holidaymaker installation.

Modifying Holidaymaker App software is not authorised except by one of our technical team. Attempting to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or decompile Holidaymaker App software, or attempting in any way to re-create or modify the source code for any Holidaymaker App installation is never authorised under a Holidaymaker App software license and will preclude Holidaymaker App from providing technical support.

Support Request Response Time

Our goal is to follow-up a support request within 24 hours of it first being reported. The Support Team will attempt to contact the customer who submitted the request to establish the detail and severity of the issue.

Because of the complex nature of software development and operating environments, Holidaymaker App cannot guarantee the amount of time that it will take to address a support request once it has been submitted.
