What's new in our holidaymaker system over the autumn 2025
This year we launched our new redesigned edition of our mobile app surface on both Apple and Android devices. This went hand-in-hand with new features and ways for our clients to customise their apps to suit the needs of their businesses.
Going into the summer we launched our whole new kiosk surface, in-accommodation Android TV apps, as well as player apps for our Seeview displays system to make it easier for our clients to deploy, and use Seeview displays on most TV, and digital signage units.
Now the winter is upon us, we can take a look at what we have achieved and launched this autumn. We have been busy in the development department adding new features, client requests, and as always hunting and stomping out those bugs!

All of our apps were updated a few days after iOS26 was released in the UK. This gave any of your guests who may of updated to the iOS version access to new user-interface components to match the look and feel, and guidelines Apple created.
This includes a new Liquid Glass tab bar in the main app areas, as well as integration with the Apple Intelligence to summarise information on detail records.
The holidaymaker app surface also has separate iPad views for any of your guests who may be using their tablet at home, or at your park. Clients have the ability to set their own custom iPad menu, and navigation options.
Our web service layers can ingest periodic packets of data from your internet of things providors. This information can then be sent down to your CMS layers, mobile app surfaces, seeview displays, and kiosk surfaces. Once we have this data in our system it can be distributed to your end users, or used thoughout our system.
This data can be anything around your park:
We already work with the IoT provider Skentel and are more than happy to receiving data and work with other providers and companies.

The first stages of our intelligent content helpers will start appearing in your HM Core CMS’s over the next few weeks. This system now make it easy to see at a glance any records you may have setup which may not be quite right, or could benefit from some missing data being added.
Although nearly all meta-data on holidaymaker entities is optional, there are some parts which make the app, kiosk, and web experience much better, and now your content teams will be able to identify these items quickly.
Early 2026 this will improve even further with the records health checks being indexed so your marketing team can receive digest emails about what needs to be improved. The addition of easy filters and housekeeping areas in the CMS to will your data setup tasks more streamlined, and to a higher quality for your guests.
Users will see this feature when their CMS is running HM Core 2025.12.2 and above.
