Holidaymaker, experience infrastructure for independent UK hospitality, and ParkSync, an AI-powered communications and sales platform built for holiday parks, have formalised a deep integration that brings the two systems together into a single connected offer for the UK parks and wider hospitality sector.

When starting a business in any market, building trusted and mutually beneficial partnerships is key to gaining a foothold and then momentum. Josh Elliott and his team at ParkSync have spent years in the parks sector, not just building technology for it. Josh has worked in holiday park sales and owns parks himself. How the integration works

The joint platform covers the full arc of the guest and owner journey, from the moment before arrival to the moment a holiday home sale completes.

Before arrival, guests receive pre-arrival communications through the Holidaymaker guest app, arriving on site already knowing what to do.

During the stay, Seeview smart surfaces display live what’s on and where to be. Guest Intelligence builds a behavioural picture across every interaction, from F&B ordering to activity bookings, creating a real-time view of intent that no manual process can replicate.

At rebooking, the direct booking mechanic converts guests to direct customers. The operator owns that relationship permanently, not a third-party booking channel.

When a guest enquires about holiday home ownership, the in-app form takes 30 seconds. The lead passes instantly to ParkSync’s CRM, where an AI Sales Agent responds within an average of one minute. The park team picks up a warm lead with full context, not a cold name on a spreadsheet.

Out of hours and at peak demand, ParkSync’s Booking Agent handles pre-arrival queries and FAQs around the clock, capturing details and routing to the right channel without any staff on duty. The first human conversation that follows is a better one.
