  • Holidaymaker client – Teams using the Holidaymaker platform who want to stay close to XP events, resources and community insight.
  • Partners & sponsors – Trusted suppliers, agencies and organisations who actively support the community, events and our platform.
  • Hospitality member – People working in venues, parks, experiences, hotels, attractions, culture, food and drink, leisure, travel and tourism.
  • Industry supporter – People in education, destination marketing, sector bodies, training, media or related roles who support the industry as a whole.
  • Contributor – Tech, marketing and brand experts, key voices and industry influencers who share stories, advice, articles, talks or resources.
  • Admin – Internal Holidaymaker and XP Community team members who are here to help and manage content, members and events.

What is the XP Community?

The XP Community is a people first space for anyone shaping guest experience across hospitality, leisure and tourism. It brings together venues, teams and trusted suppliers to share stories, insight and practical resources.

Who can join the XP Community?

Holidaymaker clients, partners, hospitality teams, industry supporters and contributors can all request to join. If your work touches the guest experience in any way, you are welcome to apply.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining the XP Community is free. Some events or partner activities may be paid, but community membership itself has no fee.

Do I need to be a Holidaymaker client to join?

No. You do not need to be a Holidaymaker client. We welcome people from across hospitality and the wider experience ecosystem, including non clients and industry supporters.

Why do you ask for a membership type?

Membership types help us understand who is in the community so we can share the most relevant stories, events and resources with you. It also helps us keep the space balanced and people focused, not sales led.

How long does membership approval take?

We review new requests regularly. You will receive an email once your membership type has been approved and your access is confirmed.

What can I access with an account?

With an account you can manage your details, access member focused content and, in time, contribute stories, profiles and resources to the XP Community.

Can I browse content without logging in?

Yes. However, you will only view certain content and you wont be able to access our supplier or content sections. Logging in also gives you a more tailored experience and extra ways to take part.

How will you use my details?

We use your details to manage your XP Community membership and send occasional updates about new stories, events and resources. We do not sell your data. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

How do I update or cancel my membership?

You can update your details using the links in our emails or by contacting the XP Community team. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in the footer of each email.
