No. Joining the XP Community is free. Some events or partner activities may be paid, but community membership itself has no fee.
No. You do not need to be a Holidaymaker client. We welcome people from across hospitality and the wider experience ecosystem, including non clients and industry supporters.
Membership types help us understand who is in the community so we can share the most relevant stories, events and resources with you. It also helps us keep the space balanced and people focused, not sales led.
We review new requests regularly. You will receive an email once your membership type has been approved and your access is confirmed.

Yes. However, you will only view certain content and you wont be able to access our supplier or content sections. Logging in also gives you a more tailored experience and extra ways to take part.
