Wifinity

Fully managed WiFi and internet for holiday parks, from the first survey to 24/7 support.

Holidaymaker

HXP Staff

Wifinity provide fully managed WiFi and internet for holiday parks and leisure resorts, looking after everything from the first site survey to 24/7 UK-based support.

They have worked in the holiday park sector since 2013, so they know what peak season does to a network, and to the team who get the complaints.

Wifinity

What they do

Wifinity act as one partner for design, installation, management and support. Their solutions are tailored to each park, work with a range of hardware vendors and cover indoor and outdoor areas, including remote sites.

  • Site surveys, network design and installation
  • Managed WiFi and LAN, fixed or wireless
  • Managed WAN, including SD-WAN
  • Fixed wireless access using private 5G or multipoint technology
  • Proactive network monitoring, management and field support
  • Links with guest experience and operational systems, including a branded guest sign-in portal

Private 5G for larger parks

Trees, static caravans and long distances between venues make big outdoor parks hard to cover with traditional WiFi. In September 2026 Wifinity launched a managed private 5G service for large outdoor estates.

Radios, core, spectrum, in-unit equipment, guest sign-in and support come as one managed service, with no upfront capital outlay. Spend follows coverage rather than a large day-one cost.

Wifinity

Who they work with

Wifinity say they are a trusted provider to four of the five largest UK park and leisure brands. Clients named on their website include Butlins, Haven, Warner Hotels, Parkdean Resorts and PGL.

They also serve defence, build-to-rent, student housing, later living and the public sector, which means the same managed approach is already used on other large, complex sites.

A short look at how Wifinity connects holiday parks.

Why this partnership makes sense

Guests now expect WiFi that just works, and a connected park is the foundation for everything else our community cares about, from the guest app and HeyGuest to digital signage. Wifinity bring ten years of holiday park experience and the technical depth most parks do not have in house.

Poor connectivity shows up in guest reviews, and reviews shape bookings. Having a specialist managed provider in the community means a clear route to fixing the basics first.
