The Holidaymaker platform: one place to run everything guests see

The Holidaymaker platform keeps your venue's content in one CMS and shows it in your branded app, on screens and in chat, so you update once and guests see it everywhere.

Most venues end up with the website, the app, the screens and the guest messages each holding their own version of the truth. The Holidaymaker platform puts your places, offers, events and answers in one content system and shows them wherever guests look. It is for anyone running guest-facing technology in hospitality, from a holiday park to a hotel, glamping site or attraction.

The implementation of the Holidaymaker for our three campsites was the most enjoyable and pain free implementation of any piece of technology I have ever worked on.

Update once and it shows everywhere

Add an event, a place or an offer one time and it can appear in your app and on your screens. The CMS holds places, offers, events, homes for sale, Go Explore routes and FAQs as records, so the same information is reused rather than retyped.

Your brand, set once

Fonts, colours and layouts are set once and applied across the app and your on-site surfaces. Guests get a native iOS and Android app under your own name, and the app store listing is managed for you.

A tidier job for busy teams

The CMS has a health check and status on each record, so a missing image or detail gets spotted before a guest finds it. Roles and permissions let each person edit only what they should, which helps when seasonal staff join.

Works alongside your booking system

The platform connects with property management systems rather than replacing them. Where a connection is in place, guests can log in with their booking to personalise the app. The Help Centre lists the systems that are supported.

How it works

  1. Your team adds and edits records in the CMS.
  2. The health check flags anything that needs attention.
  3. The same records feed your branded app, Seeview screens and TV apps, and HeyGuest AI chat.
  4. Connections to your booking system and sales channels sit alongside, so guest information can join up.

The parts guests meet are:

  • A branded native app for iPhone and Android, with a welcome pack and guidebook, routes, What’s On, maps, weather and offers.
  • Seeview screens, TV apps and kiosks.
  • HeyGuest AI chat inside the app.
  • Connections with property management systems and, for holiday homes, sales channels.
  • Guest Intelligence dashboards that show how guests engage.
  • Push notifications, which are informational only, such as a welcome, opening hours or a safety notice. Offers sit in the app’s offers area. Help Centre: sending notifications

What you need in place

Your own content: places, events, offers and FAQs worth showing. Which parts you use, and which booking system you connect, is your choice. Some newer app features need a current app version on the guest’s phone, and the Help Centre states the version for each.
